PAY BY PHONE

AUTOMATIC/On-line PAYMENTS
Have your payment automatically deducted from your debit/credit card account each month, log into website at whwdist.org and click on "pay here"
PAY AT OUR OFFICE
For immediate credit, our business office at 9501 Morton Davis Drive, Patterson, CA 95363, accepts cash, checks, money orders and credit cards Monday through Friday from 9 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
NIGHT DROP
Drive through and drop off your check or money order payment 24 hours a day at our outside drop box located at 9501 Morton Davis Drive, entrance of our business office.
We post payments the next business day (no pending shutoffs, please). Please include your payment stub and write your account number on your check or money order.
PAYMENT LOCATION
You can pay your WHWD billing statement at our business office located at 9501 Morton Davis Drive, Patterson, CA 95363 during business hours Monday through Friday 9 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Closed Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
All payments may take up to 5 business days to post. We recommend mailing your payment at least five business days before the billing statement’s due date.
RESIDENTS RESPONSIBILITY
Any leaks, pipe breakage or pressure problems etc. from meter to the home is the resident’s responsibility to maintain. Issues from the meter to the street are WHWD’s responsibility.
BILLING STATEMENTS
Water and Sewer services are billed from the 1st to the 31st of every month. Statements are sent out at the beginning of the month and due the 25th of the month.
DELINQUENT SHUTOFFS
Delinquent accounts will receive a 10 day and 5 day notice with a Shutoff date scheduled.

WATER RATES
WHWD provides raw water, treated water, and wastewater services to the developed portions of Oak Flat within the Diablo Grande subdivision.
RAW WATER
Current Rate: $1,693.44 per acre foot of raw water. Customers of raw water would be the Diablo Grande golf courses, Vineyards, and Construction.
TREATED WATER
Customers of treated water are the residences, commercial and any other users that have the facilities to accept treated water within the service boundary of the District.
Commercial users within the WHWD service boundary are non residential users that have the facilities to accept treated water. Examples of these are: Diablo Grande Homeowners Association and Diablo Grande Golf and Country Club.
The WHWD pricing system is made up of two elements: a fixed monthly service charge and a uniform volume charge. The fixed monthly charge is collected whether the customer uses water or not during the period billed. The fixed monthly charges exclude any water. The uniform volume charge is set for every 750 gallons of water.
Current Rate: $97.57 per month + $1.44 for every 750 gallons.
WHWD encourages practicing water conservation raw or treated.
SEWER RATES
The WHWD has an agreement with the City of Patterson to treat and dispose of wastewater generated within the service boundary of the District. This agreement requires the WHWD to pay 1.5 times the City of Patterson’s standard residential wastewater fee.
Current Rate:
$55.97 per residential unit per month for wastewater service. The City of Patterson charges the WHWD $70.67 per residential unit per month
STORM DRAIN SERVICE
Current Rate: $5.00 per month. This charge is for all excess water accumulated from all properties, including irrigation to rain.
