1. What do I need to set up a new account with Western Hills Water District?
        To set up a new account please have the following information:
             - Driver's License
             - Social Security Card
             - Copy of lease agreement or proof of ownership
             - $300.00 deposit (accept cash, check, money order, or credit card)
 
2. What happens to my deposit?
       Your deposit is held until you close your account. Once your account is closed, a final bill is generated and your deposit will be applied to that bill. If a credit is left over, a check will be issued out to you within 30 business days. If your account is current and no balance is due your entire deposit will be refunded back to you from Western Hills Water District.
